Thank you for purchasing tickets from The Zephyr Theatre. Please note the following Ticket Policy, effective April 2, 2020

Reservations:

We do not take reservations or hold tickets for individual purchase at the door.  Reservations are made with ticket purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for tickets, however, we will be happy to assist with an exchange if necessary. Directors Club Members please contact The Zephyr Theatre staff for additional information.

Phone orders, Processing, and Convenience fees:

Tickets purchased online will be assessed a 6% convenience fee per ticket. Tickets purchased via phone will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee per TICKET in addition to convenience fees.  These fees cover our credit card and ticketing service costs. Convenience fees are waived for CASH sales at the Box Office.

Exchanges: 

Based on availability, tickets may be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the performance. Exchanges cannot be made within 48 hours prior to a performance, or after the performance has occurred. Exchange fee of $5.00 per ticket will apply. Patron is responsible for paying any convenience or exchange fees or charges for more expensive performances at the time of exchange.

Reserved seating adjustments: 

Please note that we may shift the location of your seat(s) to maximize capacity and avoid vacant seats.

Box office:

The Box Office opens one hour before each performance start time.

Late Arrivals: 

We will attempt to accommodate our late arriving guests with seating at an appropriate break in the performance.

Cancelled performances:

If The Zephyr Theatre needs to cancel a performance due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to contact patrons via e-mail or phone, time permitting. Exchanges, account credits, or refunds will be offered. For an exchange, credit, or refund, please email boxoffice@stillwaterzephyrtheatre.org within 48 hours of the performance time and provide your Order ID number. If a ticket is refunded, only the face value of the ticket is refunded. Convenience fees, exchange fees, and/or processing fees will not be refunded. Requests for refunds for cancelled performances are only honored for up to 7 days after the cancellation notice was posted.  If you decide to donate your ticket purchase, a tax-deductible donation receipt can be emailed to you upon request.

Group Tickets:

Groups and Organizations, such as Senior Living Communities, Schools, Boy and Girl Scouts, Church Groups, etc., may purchase Group Tickets of 12 or more seats by contacting the theatre at 651-342-1542. Group Tickets availability and pricing vary by show. For questions about accommodations, local bars and restaurants, door times, or other special requests for your Group, please call the theatre at 651-342-1542. Group Tickets will be sold as a single bundle in the name of the organization/individual purchasing the tickets. Please print your Group’s tickets in advance and distribute to your group members for presentation at the box office.

Cameras/other devices:

To comply with copyright laws, union regulations, and contract restrictions, the use of cameras, recording equipment, and/or mobile devices is strictly prohibited during performances. Photos of the set before, after, or during intermission are permissible.

Phones & pagers:

Please make sure your electronic devices are silenced while at the theatre.

Disruptive patrons:

The Zephyr Theatre reserves the right to escort disruptive patrons from the premises at any time.

Acceptance: 

Please note that events are subject to change. Purchase of tickets from The Zephyr Theatre constitutes acceptance of all terms.
